Discovery: What do you want?
Our initial sessions will look at a map of where you are and where you have been (home and work - the two are inextricably linked) - to see what themes characterise your life as you currently see it.
This includes looking at the characters you play in life, the beliefs you have assumed from early stories.
We then look at what you want to change now, to have your life tell you a new story.

IGNITION: Removing Your Blocks
Everyone has their hang ups, their blind spots, their insecurities and the parts were they sabotage what they really want.
Using a technique called MAP, we will explore the memories that cause these unhelpful patterns and gently take the emotional level of the memory down and disconnect the ‘daisy chain’ of similar memories which keep this belief locked in place as truth - when it’s not who you are; it’s just a perspective you picked up. -
Action: Mindset & Behaviour Change
Once we know what you want and what holds you back you will naturally start to feel intuitive urges to take new action and try new things. This part of the process supports you through the learning (not failing) and to help manage new relationships and re-establish boundaries in existing relationships. Otherwise it is easy to fall back to old patterns because that’s who people expect you to be!
Through holding up a mirror to the meaning you make from what happens to you and then creating a pause before action, you can reduce unhelpful reactive responses and gain emotional control and thus create profoundly better results.
